Michael was very professional from start to finish. When I first called I had to leave a message and my call was returned within the hour. We scheduled a date/time and I was emailed a confirmation, then the day before my appt I received an email and a call to confirm again. The next day he arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time, quickly accessed the carpets, explained any challenges (colored stains, really dark spots), then immediately got to work. The finished product was beautiful, but Mike still reduced the fee from my original quote because he couldn't remove a few of the stains. I would absolutely recommend Atlantas Best Carpet Cleaning, I'll definitely use them again. I almost forgot, Mike even offered to take out the trash my son left sitting by the door, talk about above and beyond. Thank Mike!
