Quick to answer my request. However the item I asked him to hang fell only after a month. I reached out to see if we could get it fixed but I received no reply

Sam was very quicky to respond and gave me a fair quote, but he quickly asked for advances for materials and unfortunately the final price ended up substantially higher than his original estimate.

Additionally the work was completed in two weeks instead of one weekend which was the original representation.

I would not give him a negative review as the work was finally completed in good order, and sadly it is not uncommon for contractors to take an too many jobs at the time and fail to meet deadlines.

However, I would advise other customers not to advance them any funds until the job is completely done to make sure that there are no additional unexpected charges and that the job is completed in a timely fashion.

Details: Install ducts and vents • 11 - 20 vents • Heating and cooling • Rigid sheet metal • I'd like the pro to buy the duct(s) and vent(s) • Single-level building • House

He was so extremely nice and very aware to detail, which I loved. Originally i scheduled for 9am. He told me 12pm instead. So, I agreed and he showed up at 2;15pm. So, timing was not ideal. And communication was non existent until i initiated it. Unfortunately one of the 2 task we confirmed with him before hand, he was not able to complete. He tried his best, but advised to hire an electrician. He did his best and was so nice and polite.
