Sam was timely, professional, and did a fantastic job in cleaning our dryer vent flawlessly. He was timely and committed to his work and quality. He was so extremely nice and very aware to detail, which I loved. Originally i scheduled for 9am. He told me 12pm instead. So, I agreed and he showed up at 2;15pm. So, timing was not ideal. And communication was non existent until i initiated it. Unfortunately one of the 2 task we confirmed with him before hand, he was not able to complete. He tried his best, but advised to hire an electrician. He did his best and was so nice and polite.
