- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a 'knack' for technology. Starting at a very young age (14) I was able to get a job as a computer technician because the owner of a small computer company saw that I had the ability to do the job of someone that had already been through school for the same thing. I've absorbed all that I could over the past 16 years and continue with my education to new technology today.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you are hiring a person with actual experience and not a person that is looking to make a quick buck. There are a lot of experienced IT folk that are good at what they do, however, there are also many that will tell you what you want to hear so they can earn your money and then you never hear from them again.
