I hire Pixie Dust Events for my grandson's first birthday. I was lucky enough to get a visit from Chase from Paw Patrol. He was very attentive to the children present and patient with the younger, less mobile, children as well. They arrived on time and the handler was extremely polite. They took pictures and played with the children, making the occasion extra special.The booking was a breeze and the cost fit our budget. Deal with Morghan and quick communication made everything that much easier. I plan to use them again and would HIGHLY recommend working with them for professional and budget friendly party entertainment.

I highly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs. I hired them for a holiday "Photo with Santa" event, and the entire experience was a disaster. The company failed to show up on time, which completely ruined the event. Even worse, the replacement they sent was completely unqualified, unprofessional, and a far cry from what was promised. This was an embarrassing and unacceptable situation for everyone involved. What is truly shocking is the company’s complete lack of accountability. Despite the huge disruption they caused, I have not received a single apology or any form of acknowledgment for their failure. This lack of professionalism and customer care is utterly unacceptable, especially for a holiday event where families were expecting a fun and memorable experience. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. Their poor service, failure to deliver on promises, and complete disregard for their customers’ time and satisfaction make them untrustworthy. I will never consider them for any future events, and I would advise anyone else to do the same.

Hello Jason, My apologies again for the scheduling error. As we discussed in our communication the day of, I take full responsibility for the miscommunication on scheduling resulting from the discrepancy between the quoted date and confirmed date. I would be happy to further discuss how we can best make amends for that. I have not been made aware of the other issues you've addressed in your review. My performer and handler came directly to you from the children's party they were previously working. My understanding is our Santa began to interact and mingle upon arrival and was directed immediately to the photo set and instructed to remain there. Neither he nor our handler elf recall any performance concerns being communicated to them. If there was an issue they were not aware of, I would very much like to know about it, so we can discuss making it right, and to prevent issues with future performances. Thank you for your candid review. I look forward to discussing this further with you.
