Was amazing to work with. It was time for a new deck as the current one was done by previous owners a long time ago and was rotting away. He answered all my questions, gave multiple options and recommendations, always replied immediately, and got the work done right away. I would highly recommend, and will definitely use him to paint it once it dries out!

We chose García Renovations after receiving several estimates, and we’re so glad we did. Lufran and Jose were professional, knowledgeable, patient, humble, kind and treated our home like it was their own. They came out for a free estimate, walked the entire property with us, listened carefully to our concerns, and explained our options without pressuring us.
They built our new 6-foot privacy fence with an 8-foot double gate, and the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. The fence lines are clean and straight, every board and cut was finished with precision, the gate operates perfectly, and our entire backyard now looks more polished, private, secure, and valuable.
What truly sets García Renovations apart is their ability to solve difficult problems. Our existing fence had a badly crooked, wavy top line from a previous contractor. Several other fence companies either didn’t want to repair it or couldn’t offer a good solution. García Renovations took on the challenge, corrected the existing fence, and made it blend beautifully with the new installation. The transformation is incredible, and we are 100% satisfied.

I do my best to work within each customer’s budget while maintaining quality workmanship. Any additional work or changes will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Customers should think about their budget, the type of materials they prefer, the design they want and when they would like the project completed. It is also helpful to have pictures or examples of what they want. Knowing these details helps the professional provide a more accurate estimate and recommend the best options for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience in residential construction and renovations. I have developed my skills through years of working on decks, fences, framing, repairs and other home improvement projects. I continue learning new techniques and improving my knowledge to provide quality work for every customer.
