⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give García Renovations 10 stars, I absolutely would—but Thumbtack only lets me give 5! We chose García Renovations after receiving several estimates, and we’re so glad we did. Lufran and Jose were professional, knowledgeable, patient, humble, kind and treated our home like it was their own. They came out for a free estimate, walked the entire property with us, listened carefully to our concerns, and explained our options without pressuring us. They built our new 6-foot privacy fence with an 8-foot double gate, and the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. The fence lines are clean and straight, every board and cut was finished with precision, the gate operates perfectly, and our entire backyard now looks more polished, private, secure, and valuable. What truly sets García Renovations apart is their ability to solve difficult problems. Our existing fence had a badly crooked, wavy top line from a previous contractor. Several other fence companies either didn’t want to repair it or couldn’t offer a good solution. García Renovations took on the challenge, corrected the existing fence, and made it blend beautifully with the new installation. The transformation is incredible, and we are 100% satisfied. Their attention to detail is superb. They understood the grading of our yard and considered how our upcoming landscaping and grading work could affect the fence. They identified possible future concerns before they became problems and gave us several customized solutions to choose from. They didn’t simply install a standard fence—they designed the right solution for our property, our plans, and the long-term value of our home. The same people who gave us the estimate were also the people doing the work, so nothing was lost in communication. They kept us updated throughout the entire process, showed up when promised, completed the project in only 1–2 days, removed all the debris, and left the property spotless.
