- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start with an initial evaluation the becomes free when you enroll your pup! The first sessions runs $45 and is 100% credited back to you when we begin training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to you and ask questions and observe behaviors to uncover your training needs and will give you a detailed step by step plan to educate or rehabilitate your best friend. Most pups will need to start with obedience training which is how we establish a common language between pet and owner. Dogs that already know their basics can move right into advanced training. For rehabilitating bad behavior, we use the basic communication skills learned in obedience training to guide, discipline and redirect away from bad behaviors and transform your pup into the loyal fun-loving best friend that they're SUPPOSED to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers are experienced certified in dog training and have bachelor's degree. Our team has a combined 30 years of expert dog training with a proven record of turning even the toughest cases around.
