- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first do a meet & greet with the pets and the pet parents, I do this to find out more information and needs for the pet(s), as well as what is needed during the visits and to schedule the visits that are needed. Once that is completed we are ready to get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do keep up on new ideas and products that come out that make taking care of pets easier while ensuring their safety.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to do something I love, not just a job. Taking care of animals is what I love to do.
