Michelle is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. My new dog suffers from severe separation anxiety and is quite a handful. Michelle has taken it all in stride and Buddy is loving the attention. The smartest move I have made regarding my pet ownership was hiring Michelle!

Michelle was great. When I leave town, I often have to rely on friends and family which is great. However, it becomes too much of burden to organize. When I got home from a recent trip, my cat was right at the door happy to see me. Normally, when new people come around, he takes off or hides which is what he did initially when Michelle came to meet me and then to check on him. However, after a couple of days, he came out to greet her and he let her pet him. So coming home to a happy little creature was fantastic. I will definitely hire Michelle again with peace of mind knowing that George is in good hands.

Michelle is fantastic!! Not only does my dog love her, but she does a great job with my iguana as well. Its hard enough to find someone that will pet sit a giant lizard, but Michelle is even better in that she lets him out and doesn't mind handling him at all. I have used her services multiple times and will continue to do so. She will not disappoint you!

Was able to meet a day after we put in our request. She came prepared with recommendations and form for information about our pets. She sends text messages each time she comes to the house so we know how our pets are doing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first do a meet & greet with the pets and the pet parents, I do this to find out more information and needs for the pet(s), as well as what is needed during the visits and to schedule the visits that are needed. Once that is completed we are ready to get started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do keep up on new ideas and products that come out that make taking care of pets easier while ensuring their safety.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to do something I love, not just a job. Taking care of animals is what I love to do.
