- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Scent walks: Most of our walks are 30 minutes, weather permitting. We take different routes around your neighborhood so your pet can have the chance to sniff out great new things. 20 min--$20.00 30 min--$23.00 Pet sitting: 20 min $20.00 30 min $23.00 **walks for this will be in your neighborhood. I will refill water bowls, feed if necessary, bring in mail, turn on/off lights, open/close curtains and water plants with any paid service Basic manners training: packages starting at $50.00 per session. Contact us for more details on how we can help. Training sessions are done in your home and use positive methods only. No shock, choke or prong collars. Cues taught: Sit, Down, Leave it, Watch me, Touch, Wait, Come, and others. Emergency recall is also taught along with loose leash walking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would meet you and your pet for a meet and greet. At that time, we will discuss the contract and I will answer any questions you have. If we establish that we are a good fit then a contract will be put on file, keys provided (if needed), and you will get access to the client portal for future scheduling and invoicing.
