This is a company that you certainly trust. Jim came to do an assessment and identified the problem immediately, offering diverse alternatives that could best suit our needs, even one that meant we would not require his services. His sincerity and openness caught my attention; we do not see that very often these days. Needless to say, the best option was to work with him. It was an easy and a complicated job at the same time because of the 25-foot ceiling and the nature of the work, but he got it done to my fullest satisfaction. He was polite and professional, and his knowledge and skills put us at ease because we knew that the urgent job was going to be done and exceptionally well. He is also very flexible in terms of scheduling, which is also hard to find. And, of course, his pricing is very reasonable. I cannot recommend Jim and Immanuel Electrical Services enough! He will get the job done, whatever it is! Thanks, Jim! We will certainly call you in the future in the event of any future jobs.

Jim did a great job installing our light fixtures for us. We ran into a little issue with our wall lights and needed an additional part to make it work and he looked up the part we would need and was willing to pick it up from Home Depot if they had it. Ultimately, we had to order it but when it arrived he fit us in his schedule and completed the job. Everything turned out great and we will definitely use him again when our other fixture arrives.
