- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prepare a quote for our costumers following an inspection. All service calls have a price of $45 which is waived if we are hired for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we are contacted by the customer we try to set a date and time to do the inspection and efficiently assess the costumer needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all kind of costumers, home and business owners, no matter how big or small, all of our costumers are our trop priority
