- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most focused design and planning engagements are $1,000–$10,000. A Basement Potential Assessment is $295, and Suite Planning Intensives start at $1,000. Recommendations are scoped to the space, priorities and budget. Construction is contracted through properly licensed professionals where required, with construction pricing established separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send 3–6 photos, your ZIP code, desired timing and comfortable investment range. I’ll review the space and goals, then recommend a paid onsite assessment or a defined planning phase. We clarify layout, privacy, utilities, priorities, costs and permitting considerations. Any construction work is handled through a properly licensed contractor where required, within the existing building envelope.
