Quick and easy. Robert did exactly what I needed very quickly - which was extremely important as the rest of the job could not move forward until the countertop was fixed. Talked to him on a Tuesday afternoon and he did the fix first thing Wednesday morning. Reasonable pricing. I recommend his services!

Perfect experience, beginning to end. Would give more stars if I could! Rob responded quickly to our project to re-install our under-mount kItchen sink that failed due to improper installation. His approach to the repair was professional, high quality, and informed by his extensive experience. Rob was so nice and punctual. He responded to messages in a timely manner. When he arrived he surveyed the issue and explained thoroughly how he was going to repair it and the materials he used. Very important to me that he was so transparent. My kitchen sink was repaired and so far so good. I would definitely recommend

Searching for someone to replace my cracked sink in my solid surface kitchen countertop for a reasonable price was quite a chore. I stumbled upon Thumbtack on one of my google searches. When I explained the work I needed, Rob was quick to respond with enthusiasm and an affordable price. His professionalism and warm manner quickly assured me that I had found the one to replace my sink. He explained exactly what we needed to have done and was prompt at returning texts and phone calls when needed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since each repair is unique, we like to provide a custom estimate to each homeowner. To limit out of pocket costs, we provide a free digital estimate based on information and pictures the customers submit to us. Our standard service call is $150 plus labor based on the work that needs to be performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since countertop repairs are unique to each homeowner, we like to provide an estimate to the homeowner to explain what services can be provided at what cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Corian fabricator and have been in the countertop industry for 33 years. I owned my own shop that fabricated and installed solid surface, granite, and quartz countertops for 21 years and now I strictly use my expertise to service these products exclusively.
