- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since each repair is unique, we like to provide a custom estimate to each homeowner. To limit out of pocket costs, we provide a free digital estimate based on information and pictures the customers submit to us. Our standard service call is $150 plus labor based on the work that needs to be performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since countertop repairs are unique to each homeowner, we like to provide an estimate to the homeowner to explain what services can be provided at what cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Corian fabricator and have been in the countertop industry for 33 years. I owned my own shop that fabricated and installed solid surface, granite, and quartz countertops for 21 years and now I strictly use my expertise to service these products exclusively.
