Introduction: From small handyman jobs to full renovations, I have over 30 years experience repairing, rebuilding, and remodeling inside and out. I am now a one man operation that provides home services that include: Repair or replace wood rot (Exterior trim, siding, windows, and doors), painting (exterior and interior), rough carpentry, finish carpentry, drywall, wood and tile floors, minor electrical and plumbing. I provide "Punch list" services for realtors and buying and selling homeowners. Services also include basement build-outs, room remodeling, decks, and minor landscaping. Your home is one of the biggest investments that you make; over time it needs some attention. If you need help with repairs or maybe have an idea of improvements you would like to make, I would love to help.
I enjoy helping people with their home services. I am a one man operation, I try to keep costs down so that home repair and maintenance can be affordable.

I was looking for someone who could replace a bathroom vent. Marc did a fantastic job! He came in, realized that the vent was not actually vented out of the house, but simply into the attic, so he offered a couple of solutions to ensure that the moisture was being taken out properly and not just blowing on the insulation in the attic (like it had been, and creating mold). He obtained all of the materials, and had the job completed very quickly. He was on time, professional, clean and quoted a very fair price. Thank you for a job well done, I will certainly be hiring him again considering he does everything all the way up to full renovations! I have a couple bathrooms that need to be brought into the 2000's. Thank you for everything!
