- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t take on but one job at a time, so we are not bouncing from Job to Job. We focus on one client until the job is done and the client is happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I come out take pictures. Go back work up a quote and send the client the quote and if we agree, then I put the client on the schedule.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Just put Hardwood flooring in Mrs Beach house. Came out to be beautiful!
