Eddie responded to my request almost immediately. He quoted the repair, and was able to come out the following day. After looking at the issue together, I asked him to go beyond the repair and do a full replacement. His work was near perfect, high-quality and fairly priced. Throughout the entire process he kept checking with me to make sure I was satisfied, updating me on where he was in the process and asked if I was satisfied with each step of the work. Then before leaving, he cleaned up thoroughly, had me inspect the work before he even considered providing an invoice. I will recommend him to anyone that asks and use him for all future similar repairs.
