Stan removed the rotting trim (top), and replaced it with PVC. He also scraped the paint and prepped the non-rotting areas so that I could handle the re-painting myself (by choice). Took about 3 hours (included going to Home Depot and back for the new trim piece). He cleaned my deck after he finished working.
