- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate for most services. Some will be billed hourly. Smaller jobs (less than 2 hours) have a minimum service charge. I offer a Veterans and First Responders discount of 10% and a cash discount of 10%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information about the job as possible. Please include any or all of the following information so that I may give you the most accurate quote possible. Any relevant measurements Dimensions of product(s) Height of ceiling Exact product name or product/model number Full list of materials on hand (if purchasing yourself)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 years hands on experience as an electrician and I've been a handyman for a bit over a year now. Although I currently do not possess any official licensure, I am covered by $1M General Lability Insurance.
