Jesus and his team member where in and out. They glued down my flooring due to cement subfloor and I don't recommend the glue they use because my floors are already buckling a couple days after they finished the job and it will only get worst. Maybe they can do a better job with nailed down floor, but I do not recommend them for glued down flooring.
The floors come with a 1 year warranty, but I'm still waiting on him to come back to repair the floors, after contacting him a couple of times about the issues. .
