SteadFast Services did an AMAZING job repairing our hardwood floors in our rental property after damage by tenants (photos below). We were listing the property for sale so we needed a fast turn around, great value, and excellent craftsmanship - Flavio gave us all three! On top of that they were very friendly, responsive, and punctual and repaired the floors in record time. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Flavio and his wife Lana are a dynamic duo. Flavio is an absolute perfectionist. Not only did he fix the squeaks(creaks) in my wood floor, he took the time to walk me through what caused the issue and the best way to solve the issue for long term use. Lana was responsive and ensured I was scheduled on time. I’m already scheduling them again for more work. If you want quality work done, Flavio is your guy.
