We needed to have carpet removed from our basement and wooden floors put in for a new pool table. We contacted JD and they were quick to respond and gave us a very fair price to do all of the work that we needed. They had to tear out all the carpet on the steps, replace all of the risers and treads with new material and re-stain and paint. They did an excellent job and came back twice to be sure I was satisfied. The floor looked very good and they were very professional and their installation methods. We had a small problem when they tried to open a sliding door it shattered. They were very apologetic and took care of everything having to do with the repair. They are straight forward and took total responsibility immediately. Now that’s the way things should be done. We would highly recommend , anyone to use JD and his team. His father‘s expertise and experience made the job look easy but I know it was a complicated and figuration and they did it in a short period of time and with professionalism.

My experience was amazing from beginning to end. I received a call the very same day I requested service to set up an inspected. My very reasonable quote came hours after my inspection. And the work was completed in 2 days. I have an older home and they were able to navigate all of the nuances, my floors are beautiful! They even re-did my bannister! I’m so glad I went with them. Everyone was polite and responsive! I would highly recommend them to any and everyone!!!
