- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try our best to give you a full breakdown of your install so you can feel comfortable about what you are paying for. We like to have your trust so you know who to call when you have another project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a one on one phone call to assure we have all the necessary details to complete your project, and if necessary schedule an on-site estimate to get any additional details needed to complete your installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have about 5 years of hands on experience ranging from small residential projects to big commercial contracts. My team has a collective of over 10 years of experience. We have multiple technicians with different expertise and like to match you with the one that fits your installation best. I personally am hands on with every project to assure your install is done flawlessly.
