Rene, is detailed oriented and her communication is efficient. she notice areas that needed cleaning that I did not see. My home was refused and deep-cleaned. I would book again.

Oh my goodness I absolutely adore Renee and Laurie. They were super hands-on neat clean, and precise. Did not miss a beat. I couldn’t find not one hair out of place or dust particles in sight. Well I’ll start with Renee is kind and super friendly. As was her assistant Lori(if I recall it correctly). They came prepared with all the necessities to clean. She definitely helped organize and declutter some spots leading to my home being more spacious. Now with that being said, I’m giving this a 4 star because I asked for a head to toe deep clean. We discussed what needed to be done both prior to and before the start of the clean. Yet some of the work was half done. From certain parts of the baseboards not being fully wiped to some doors got cleaned while others were ignored. The walls were an emphasized focus and that was barely touched on outside of some spot cleaning. The final note being everything was pulled out of the fridge for it to be cleaned. Yet my dairy items were left out for hours and some food went bad. Which was upsetting. Overall, I feel that if you want a standard cleaning/decluttering service, they’re the team for it. But for a deep clean, more hands should be on deck to ensure what’s being requested is being honored.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask if they prefer non-toxic cleaners? I ask what type of floors do they have? I ask them to remove clutter in the areas that they would like cleaned. I am happy to organize or declutter but that would be extra.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a retail manager for eight years with various responsibilities.
