I receive weekly cleaning from Bright touch Maids and they do a great job! My husband and I both work so this service is a godsend. It means one less thing we have to do, so we can spend more time with our family. The cleaners are professional and detail oriented, so our home stays nice and clean. Bright Touch Maids has reasonable prices, we believe we get a great cleaning at an affordable price. We would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.

We had our first home cleaning from Bright Touch Maids yesterday. When I came home from work, I was astonished at how clean our home was. They dusted everything, vacuumed, cleaned bathrooms and kitchens until they were spotless. They even organized my son's changing table, which had been chaos. They cleaned our washer and dryer in the laundry room which had been caked with lint. It was amazing!

Overall good and thorough job. Some things I'm disappointed about is that bed sheets are left 6" short from the top of the mattress and not properly tucked under the bottom of the mattress completely. Upholstered furniture in living room wasn't vacuumed as advertised. Bathroom carpets not shaken out.

At first glance, everything seemed satisfactory. Upon closer examination, I was left quite underwhelmed with the cleaning services. The kitchen pantry wasn't swept out. The front glass/storm door wasn't wiped down. The hardwood floors in the kitchen were sticky in a couple spots and the hardwood floors at the front entrance were not cleaned. The appliances appeared to have just been wiped down without any cleaner b/c there were smudges/streaks all over. The couch and recliner were not vacuumed. The hall shower stall that I specified wasn't cleaned.
