The pricing may fluctuate due to square footage, condition of the property, and cleaning requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will chat via email to get an understanding of the job, I request pictures, We agree on a date and time slot. For commercial properties, we can do a free in-person walk through consultation.

Project management and 20 years of cleaning experience.
