Very professional and affordable. Our home looked amazing. Will definitely use on an ongoing basis. We really love that they use plant based cleaners because it smelled clean but nit overwhelming or too strong.

I have all hardwood floors and they get very dirty. I used Jennifer and I could not believe how clean my floors were! That is a big issue in the past with other cleaners...She is very detailed in how she works. I also felt very safe with her in my home. Thanks Jennifer!

The reason why Jennifer is being rated this low is because she is untruthful and does not disclose the the facts. She originally insinuated that she would be doing the housecleaning herself. Turns out she is trying to find other housecleaners to help her. Also, for some apparent reason, wanted to me to leave my house keys available for her to clean my home (first time mind you) without me meeting her. Below is the last communication from her: From Jennifer: I apologize but I am not going to be able to clean your home. I am not going to be cleaning anymore. I started my business with anticipating having employees who would be cleaning and I would manage. It has been incredibly hard finding employees who will work. I am a CPA and have a tax business as well and thought this would be an easy business to run, but unfortunately that is not the case. I hope you are able to find another cleaner that you will be happy with. Thank you for the opportunity to do business with you.

Always! I am a member of my myhousecleaningbiz.com, which charges a monthly fee but provides cleaning instructions and tips and all sorts of information related to residential home cleaning from experts who have been in the field for many, many years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was frustrated with the service I was receiving and began cleaning myself, and I always was more happy with my job than anyone else's. I am naturally very detailed oriented.
What types of customers have you worked with?
general home cleaning services, dusting blinds, cleaning baseboards, bathrooms (we do bring small scrub brushes and toothbrushes because around the sinks and such need small tools), change bed linens (if you leave the clean linens on the bed we will change them), when we clean your laundry room we will even empty your dryer lint filter for you.
