I reached out looking for a cleaner to deep clean my one bedroom apartment and do light laundry before the new years. my main concern was finding someone with a reasonable price. I was told $180 would be the price for a deep clean of my apartment with laundry included. It took the cleaner 2 hours to what it seems like a basic cleaning. my bedding was not washed nor were the rest of my clothes along with my shower still having footprints on the floor along with hair. After the cleaner was paid i informed her that she did not complete her services that i paid for. For the inconvenience she sent me $10. This is my first time using thumbtack so i’m kind of disappointed in the lack of professionalism and knowledge of cleaning that i have experienced.
