Started in 2016 following my passion I wanted to create a small home repair business that would cater to households that wanted nothing to do with outrageous prices coupled with a family oriented feel. In the process of starting Axis home repair & Painting we (TEAM) wanted to make sure that Axis operated under strong values aimed at exceeding client needs and keeping communication channels from start to finish—our relationship with our clients begins on the first day of contact, and only ends once they’re fully satisfied with our work.

Axis responded to my request within seconds and was great from start to finish. Axis installed a garbage disposal and ended up needing to get more parts from Home Depot to make sure he did it RIGHT. I enjoyed speaking with Axis and will use him again and refer him to friends and family. 100% very pleased!

Marquis is a very professional person. He called me in route to my home and arrived on time. He provided a walk around of my home and photos to verify the before and after his job completion. He worked tirelessly and proficiently. He cleaned all areas afterwards and bagged debris. He provided an excellent service to my gutters.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to look at the property/project or past pricing to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best end results for our customers. This allows us to give the best possible price to our customers and never have to add extra costs at the end. However, in this current landscape where some households are struggling due to COVID-19 job loss and other life changing events to make ends meet we will offer discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and listening to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have essentially been in the home repair business my entire adult life. We learned basic carpentry and framing while in High School and mentorship. We pride ourselves on adapting to the changes in the business and offering the best products to my customers.
