- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to look at the property/project or past pricing to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best end results for our customers. This allows us to give the best possible price to our customers and never have to add extra costs at the end. However, in this current landscape where some households are struggling due to COVID-19 job loss and other life changing events to make ends meet we will offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and listening to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have essentially been in the home repair business my entire adult life. We learned basic carpentry and framing while in High School and mentorship. We pride ourselves on adapting to the changes in the business and offering the best products to my customers.
