I had a tight turnaround time on my project due to HOA demands and they Level Lawns was great and got me a quote right away and got me on the books right away. I would recommend them and if needed will use them again.

I have been using Level Lawns for a few years to do core aeration on my yard. They have always done excellent work, never any problems. This year I added fertilization and liquid growth stimulant to the aeration. Overall, very pleased.

Level Lawns did an excellent job leveling my lawn. They showed great attention to detail, addressing low spots while ensuring not to add too much sand, which would kill the grass. First, they scalped the yard, then spread filtered river sand with machinery, and finally smoothed it with a metal screen. There are still a few low spots that will need additional sand later, but they explained the process clearly. These photos are from nine days later, and its already looking great. Theyve scheduled a touch-up after heavy rain washed some sand away, showing their commitment. Highly recommend them, especially for new builder-grade lots with uneven spots. Ill definitely use them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer veteran and service member discounts as well as discounts for neighbors scheduling similar work on the same day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we prefer to visit the property in person when providing an estimate. This is not always necessary, but everyone’s property is unique and we believe walking the project site allows for the best possible assessment and eventually, the highest quality of service. Depending on the scope of work, home owners do not always need to be onsite.
Once a quote is accepted, our office will proactively take care of the rest. We will coordinate a week of service with you and then work with you to specify specific day(s) closer to the date. On day of service, crews always communicate ETAs and our office is always available to assist.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our average crew lead has over 10 years experience in our field. Our most senior supervisor has been with us for over 17 years. We only bring in new employees with direct experience in doing what we do.
