Our style is a traditional form of Martial Arts. We don't play kick ball during class, students are expected to stay focused, have responsibility for themselves and their actions, when they slip, we don't give them a time out, we do push ups, our philosophy is when the mind loses it's focus, a little exercise gets it back on track. The satisfaction you see a student get when the light bulb clicks and a technique they couldn't do before now becomes easy for them. Watching their confidence build as the progress through the ranks. Watching them win at National level competitions against some of the best in the US, and abroad.
