- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is by the hour as each organization job is different. Some take hours while others take days for total household. This is the fairest way to set prices both for the client and myself. I appreciate referrals - if your referral hires Tranquil Abodes while you are still using my services I will provide you one hour of service free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I converse with the client to ascertain their exact needs, their emotions at play and space limitations to determine needs. Typically, I then start the work. Should a client wish to have an in-house consultation first, I certainly will comply. It usually doesn't change the outcome as I can do a walk-through on the first day of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been an Art Gallery Director, a Personal Shopping Manager on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, a Retail Store Manager and had my own event planning business planning major corporations large scale events and country club weddings. All these experiences require a visual and creative eye. This is critical for the ability to enter a space whether home, retail or work space and maximizing space cohesively and attractively.
