- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are many kinds of massage therapists, each with particular strengths and weaknesses. The best thing you can do is to assess what it is you want out of a massage and find a therapist that specializes in what you need. There are also generalities to consider, men tend to be better with deep tissue and women with relaxation (although by no means is this always the case). Also look for the credibility of the school they attended, I went to the Atlanta School of Massage and have found some of the most knowledgeable therapists were also from that school. There is a noticeable difference between schools and by extension the massage therapists that graduated from different schools.
