- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally based upon time estimated to get to and from customer in time and gas required. Minimum $10. Add $5 minimum for each additional visit in that day. I charge for 5 days only in a 7-day calendar week; example: $10/day, 5 days=$50. 6 days=$50. 7 days=$50. Overnight $30-50 depending upon level of care required and number of animals involved. Round trip to the airport (Hartsfield /Jackson ) door to door $60 from East Cobb. North of Sandy Springs Rd. Add $5 in each direction. One way pickup or drop off $30. Add $10 for each and every extra pickup or drop off. Up to 6 adults. If 6 adults and/or children, then actual cost of renting a trailer for luggage. Cash or check ONLY.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free meet. Play with animals. Learn the "ropes " as everyone is different and the same. Always bring nutritious treats. Nothing says friend like food. Emphasize dependability and integrity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OJT and an innate love of all animals in general. Due to heart related issues I will not walk medium or large dogs. I am not certified to train dogs nor do I have boarding facilities. I am always available for all types of felines.
