I initially found Franklin while looking for someone to handle popcorn ceiling removal in my new home. As the project moved forward we had him do drywall repair as we removed a large amount of wallpaper. Franklin handled drywall skims on damaged walls, and did drywall patches where we'd removed an out-of-date intercom system. He was able to work around a very tight timetable. His rates were reasonable, and his work looks great. I will definitely recommend his work to friends, and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

We would completely recommend Bazer Painting to anyone! My family and I are very pleased with the work that they did for us. We had just purchased a new home and wanted the rest of the popcorn ceiling removed and ceilings painted. We scheduled an appointment for them to come out to give us a quote and they were on time, very informative, and professional. We had not moved into the home yet but they made sure to provide us with updates and photos of the work/progress every day. They let us know what they had completed that day and what they were planning on completing the next day. They were very professional and it was very nice to be updated every step of the way especially since we were not living there yet. Also, the work that they did was fantastic! Our ceilings now look even better than the walls that had been recently painted! We even had some more complicated areas including a 14 foot vaulted ceiling, 10 foot tray ceiling, and very high stairwells but they made all of them very smooth and look fantastic! When removing the popcorn ceilings they even cover everything, including the walls, in plastic which really cut down on the amount of dust. We would recommend them to anyone and will use them again for the other projects we have around the house!

I had popcorn ceilings in four rooms of my house which I wanted to remove before painting the interior of the house. I’ve selected Felipe to do the job. Initially, I had a difficulty to get him to follow up with me on a start date, but after he committed a start date, he and his worker (sorry I forgot his name) were on time, prep the walls, cleaned up the work area afterwards, they worked hard completed ahead of schedule and did a great job for me. There was an area of the ceiling in the dining room that needed extra attention to patch it due to prior damages, Felipe did an excellent job repairing it. It’s no doubt that Felipe is very knowledgeable in his field, he has good skills together with his commitment to do a good job, I will hire him again.
