Working with Rooter Pro was a real pleasure. I needed a new water heater and pressure-reducing valve, as mine were over two decades old. They were able to send out a technician on a Friday morning for an inspection and a quote. The technician, Andy, was very polite, professional, and punctual. He walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and recommended quality upgraded replacement parts with installation, along with an extended service warranty at a very competitive price. Once I approved the quote, he was back out here on a weekend in less than 24 hours. I’m very happy with the clean results and the care taken to get the job done right. If I have any other plumbing needs, I will definitely give Rooter Pro a call. Thanks again!

Jay and His crew were absolutely nothing short of amazing. We found a leak in our front yard. We needed our entire main water service line replaced After calling 5 other plumbing companies. I’m so glad I picked this company and I would pick them time and time again! The whole crew was so nice and professional. Jay gave me a fair price and came out same day repaired my entire line and had my water back up and running in no time! Don’t second guess it book with them! You won’t regret! Thanks again guys.

Rooter Pro contacted me right away, and sent a tech out just as quickly. John came out for one issue and advised us on it. We needed up opting for a different solution, but John ended up fixing another plumbing issue (a leaky faucet in the bathroom) that we asked him to take a look at. A handyman had quoted us $500 for the exact same job with much more potential for damage to the surrounding wall. Not only was John friendly, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue without cutting into the wall at all, and his price was $375, not $500! We’re pleased, and will likely call on Rooter Pro (and John!) whenever we have future plumbing needs.
