- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not complicated, but is based on level of client, difficulty of job, and the amount of services the client requires. My costs are varied but range from $150 - 275 for a resume, cover letter, and thank-you letter. LinkedIn profiles are additional, and I offer those at 50% off to clients who purchase a resume package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BS in Marketing and an MBA. I maintain continued knowledge in the resume writing industry by always keeping up with new trends, reading articles, and speaking with recruiters, job seekers, and other resume writers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved to write, especially resumes which I have written for friends/family since the 1990s, and always wanted to own my own company. I was laid off from a well-paying job in 2009, and I decided to go for my dream!
