"I'm Kyle, a United States Air Force Veteran and active athlete competing in Mixed Martial Arts and I want to help you reach your goals! I train out of Roswell/John's Creek with a mobile training unit equipped for fitness and weight loss, boxing, grappling (Jiu Jitsu) and Muay Thai training.
INDIVIDUAL= 2x/wk= $40/session
$50/session (Includes two or three people)
GROUP (Friends/Work/Team)= $60/Session up to 10 people
As an active MMA fighter, I practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing and have an original foundation built on Boxing. My workouts are designed per individual and we only work to accomplish your goals no matter if it is to get in shape, learn to workout or train for an event. It is very beneficial to have a trainer that is also competing at advanced levels of a sport and has to be aware of the current trends, technique and information!
My clients are often rewarded with free sessions, lowered rates and other perks by smashing goals. Partner workouts and small groups are available as well!
I have been working in the fitness industry for 4 years, the military before that and spent a lifetime as an athlete and can provide you with the tools you need to get where you want to be whether it is weight loss, competition or to improve mental health! I am well versed in the newest trends- be it in the weight room, the waist, the track, the field or the ring. I teach fitness HIIT, kickboxing and MMA group classes during the week and can schedule individual sessions as you need! I also offer youth off-season agility training and MMA classes.
