I have been to a few Jiu-Jitsu classes before and loved the sport, but I didn’t like the classes. I was a little hesitant jumping into personal training through an app, but it is honestly the best decision I made so far this year. He is very knowledgeable, makes sure to ask me what I’m interested in so we use the time well, and is very supportive and encouraging no matter my skill level. I would 100% recommend him for anybody whether it be for competition, personal defense, fitness, or just a new hobby. I look forward to every one of our lessons.

My mid-life crisis took the form of focusing on physical fitness. I hate running and all other kinds of standard exercise. It's boring. Then I found Musa. He's an all around personal trainer with specialized focus on boxing, striking and brazillian jiu jitsu. Super experienced, kind, patient, knows how to teach, and best of all COMES TO YOU. Cannot recommend him enough.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess their fitness level during our first session. I then build a custom program to get them to their goals
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a brown belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu, I have a professional kickboxing record of 4-1, I’ve also helped train professional athletes while competing professionally in Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began as a professional kickboxer in Thailand. After spending a few years there I began teaching in China. From there I moved back to the States and began teaching, training, and competing here.
