- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer sliding scale rates ranging from $70 to $100 based on income level. I can also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement from insurance plans, if applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically begin the therapy process by getting to know my client in terms of their personal background, current concerns they are dealing with, and future goals they would like to achieve. I strive to offer an authentic counseling relationship as well as personalized, effective therapy that is tailored according to my client's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and a Nationally Certified Counselor by NBCC. I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Georgia.
