A handyman was working on replacing my frenchdoor thresholds and then identified rotten areas underneath that was beyond his scope. I found Junio on Thumbtack and he responded quickly and came out to assess things carefully. He not only checked from the outside but also went in to the crawlspace to investigate what needed to be done. When he came back with materials he needed for repairs, he took time to make sure things are done right. From communication to finishing up the project, he was professional, detail-oriented, and thoughtful. I will work with him for future work for my house. (*photos are before and during Junio’s work.)
