Excellent work by Leo,Julia and other helpers do installed our tile floor . Work was fast neat clean and came out beautifully even where there were some very tricky cuts around pipes!

LB Floor & Bath repaired our shower sub-floor and re-tiled it inside and out. The workmanship was first class and just as importantly, Leo kept in touch with us the entire time. He brought us samples and coordinated with our supplier which was a big help. I would use them again.

Hired LB team to fix an issue with my shower liner. His team replaced the liner, fixed the leak and laid out new tiles. Very pleased with the finished bathroom!
In addition, would like to commend the professional Leo sent over who was very organized and methodical in completing the project. Would also like to call out Leo's responsiveness to calls/messages. Definitely recommend and would consider his team for future flooring projects in our home.

I didnt know anything about LB other than they were pre-qualified by Floor & Decor. Im quite handy with many years experience in home renovations, but my pace is slowing. I negotiated diligently and we wrote a very specific scope of work with sub-quotes by task that allowed me to compare prices. LB was very competitive- across the board.Leo, and his crew, accommodated our schedule and worked steadily to completion. Though we struggled a bit with language - Leos entire crew are native Brazilians, it was obvious that each of his tradesmen (and women) took great pride in their work product. Indeed, Leos principal craftsman, Silvio is an absolute artist who takes great joy in his work.Ironically, though we required translation occasionally, it was Leos honest and forthright communication skills that gave me the confidence to commission LB Floor & Bath and made working with him a real pleasure.I enthusiastically endorse Leo and his Team.

My prices are compatible with the experience, quality and according to the work offered by the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I go to the client and do the measurements, send the budget to the client. If approved, I schedule the start date and send the invoice to the client with the details of the work. For backsplashs I do the entire process per message.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 10 years of experience and I have already taken several courses at the main flooring companies.
