I solicited six estimates to repair my master shower due to a leak in the shower floor. The shower consisted of travertine tile. We retiled the entire shower. LB Floor & Bath was the only company that responded in a timely manner to all my questions and requests. The support received from their representative Leo M. was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the documentation needed by my insurance company. He worked closely with me to determine a source for the travertine tile.
The new shower looks great. Their price was competitive.
They also repaired our kitchen ceiling. Their drywall person "Alex" was fast, knew his business, and did a quality job.
I highly recommend LB Floor & Bath.

LB Floor & Bath repaired our shower sub-floor and re-tiled it inside and out. The workmanship was first class and just as importantly, Leo kept in touch with us the entire time. He brought us samples and coordinated with our supplier which was a big help. I would use them again.

Leonardo was very quick to respond. He made himself available right away to look at the job and provide a quote. His quote wasn’t the lowest, but not the highest and very reasonable (here’s a hint: don’t over-pay, but don’t take a super low quote either. You get what you pay for, so take the mid to high range). Leonardo was very polite and professional, and made room on his schedule very quickly. Also there was one problem that I had with the way the tile and metal edge was done in the shower niche. He was polite/professional, and offered a solution very quickly. It came out great. On top of that he fixed a problem that was created by the framing and drywall guys for a very reasonable additional cost. I’ve learned over the years of work being done on my fixer upper house that problems and miscommunications are going to happen. I judge a contractor both by the quality of the work and by how they deal with issues when they happen. Leonardo was easy to deal with, and His final product was great!

My prices are compatible with the experience, quality and according to the work offered by the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I go to the client and do the measurements, send the budget to the client. If approved, I schedule the start date and send the invoice to the client with the details of the work. For backsplashs I do the entire process per message.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 10 years of experience and I have already taken several courses at the main flooring companies.
