Alex was great to work with. Fair price and was done when he told me it would. My rocking chair looks great!

Price was very reasonable, upholstery work itself was fine, but there are lots of nicks in the wood of the rocking chair, probably from whatever tool was used to pull out old welt. Not just scratches, but little digs into the wood with no attempt to repair or otherwise address. I should have looked more carefully before it left the store, but I was so excited about the overall good look of the new fabric that I didn't notice the flaws. My bad there.
