True North Restoration really came through for us. From the first visit, everyone was professional, respectful of our home, and clear about what they were doing. Communication was great the whole way through no surprises, and they answered every question we had. The work itself was done right and you can see the difference. Dorian checked in often, explained things in plain language, and clearly cared about the outcome. Id definitely call them again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
