From the very beginning, he and his team were responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and got to work right away.Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed and made sure we understood each step. They treated our home with care and respect, and the results were beyond our expectations. True North Restoration really came through for us. From the first visit, everyone was professional, respectful of our home, and clear about what they were doing. Communication was great the whole way through no surprises, and they answered every question we had. The work itself was done right and you can see the difference. Dorian checked in often, explained things in plain language, and clearly cared about the outcome. Id definitely call them again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
