1. Marcos provided good ideas and suggestions for replacing 49 wood windows in our 20 year old home. He also provided a great price when compared to competitors (I received 7 quotes).2. His crew showed up on time and his lead person Juliano was awesome. He patiently listened and answered all our questions and concerns.3. After completing the installation in about 3 days, they cleaned up all the mess and painted the inside trim. I asked them to paint the outside trim as well (I did not opt for outside capping), and Marcos agreed to do it without any issues.4. We found a window scratch, minor window screen tear and some missing weather strip a month after installation. Juliano and team came and replaced them with a new sash and manually installed a new window screen and weather strips.We were initially skeptical about choosing Mr.Premium Windows since the company was new, but it happened to be the right decision.

Everyone I have had contact with, from Marianna, my contact, Marcos, in sales, and to the installers, were terrific people and saw to my needs.They were very responsive and I recommend to all.A big thank you to them all!RickHowever, I am concerned with the transmittal of temperature to the outside causing condensation on the windows. Do not appear to be very energy efficent.
