Everyone I have had contact with, from Marianna, my contact, Marcos, in sales, and to the installers, were terrific people and saw to my needs.They were very responsive and I recommend to all.A big thank you to them all!RickHowever, I am concerned with the transmittal of temperature to the outside causing condensation on the windows. Do not appear to be very energy efficent.

I appreciated the straight sales pitch and pricing. Met with others that started very high then threw discounts at me like I was getting a deal to try to pressure me to buy.
