Good experience! Our roof was leaking and due to the structure of the house, it was difficult to figure out the leaking point. the team had to came several times for re-check and clarification, but all the professionals were responsive and patient. Our roof did not leak since the repair, which helps a lot!

They found and fixed an issue we didn't even know we had. Got rid of this old fan that was a hazard and liability to our roof. Also their work was great and they updated the roof to code as we have an older house. Would definitely call them again should we need any other roof repairs.

Very professional. My insurance did not cover the repairs and I had to pay out my pocket. They came and found where the leak was coming from when even the insurance company couldn’t figure it out. Stress free roofing was truly stress free and very affordable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers once we have a sign agreement, you will receive a series of emails from Stress Free Roofing on the next steps. For example, a thank you email, thank you card in mail, project confirmation email, next steps, tentative start date, materials ordered, installation date sate, a call from your project manager day before, begin project.
