I've been training with Jay MasterFitness Gee for 3 years. He's helped me go from weak to STRONG without stepping into a gym. He uses a myriad of techniques that have kept my body guess and changing: body weight exercises, pilates, kettlebells, stretching, swimming, boxing ... the list goes on and on.
