I scheduled a job through the app received confirmation and a time widow . On the day of no one showed up or reached out to cancel . My self , my client and colleagues tried calling multiple times and did not get a response. When we finally received a repose it was over an hour and a half later. and did not make much sense. I hope this does not happen to anyone else and this company improves on their communication.
