I am a fitness expert, and a traveling personal trainer and an advocate for epilepsy awareness. For the past 8 years, I have been faithfully committed to health and physical wellness. Over the years I have helped transform the bodies of over 1,000 men, women and children. I have worked in many corporate gyms in California and georgia. I've trained many clients ranging from 12-78 years old, I've trained before and after women pregnancy.
