- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every need is different as well as every tree. We provide free estimates and work with each customer to give them the quality service they deserve while striving to keep costs affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer is first notified regarding a quote via Thumbtack. Without seeing the actual project we give ann estimate for pricing but offer to have a professional come by and provide a free estimate for services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tree climbers and ground crew function in the capacity of an apprentice until safety and techniques are learned. Our workers have worked alongside some of the best in the business.
