I called this pro for repairing 2 of my office windows. first, I put my request to Thumbtack then they texted a phone number and I called and scheduled a time the day after that. A technician (Jake Bennett) came on time fixed the windows very fast and charged me a reasonable amount. I really appreciate this pro and am satisfied with their service.

They wanted half of the money upfront. I am sorry I do not give anyone money upfront. I do not put myself at risk for losing my money in case of no show or bad workmanship.

Most companies require a deposit with this type of work. A deposit is to secure both you as a customer and us a company. Hence it's half down, the other half isn't expected until the job is complete and your satisfaction is met.

It took a really long time to get my windows installed once I paid the deposit. I had to call to a lot get updated.

All Jobs are unique, but here is a basic price list: Double Pane IG: start at 200.00 and drop in price depending on the quantity. Window Frames: range from 300-400 depending on style and material. Must other jobs are to be quoted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once communication has been made, we setup a day and time to out and look at the job. From there, we discuss the best way to get it completed with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees of A.T.L Glass and Mirror must have years of experience before being hired. We are NOT the kind of company that hires, trains for 2 weeks, and then sends guys out to work on your house. We make sure all of our employees have full knowledge and experience.
